Kylah Lyn Winder, 24, of 2342 Dove St., faces charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment after causing a 9 a.m. disturbance outside Jackson Primary School, 2500 Newberry St., on March 16 in which she made "at least a half a dozen threats" to a school staff member, including one in which she said she "was going to kill her when she least expected it," city police alleged in an affidavit. Her outbursts of obscenities and other threatening remarks were witnessed by parents and children who were walking to the school, police said. Winder threw a bag of chips at the staffer and then proceeded to walk her son into the school, police said. A bench warrant was expected to be filed for Winder's arrest after she failed to appear for her preliminary hearing this week before District Judge Christinan Frey.
