The kids may be soon out of school, but that doesn't mean the learning has to stop. The Children's Museum of Atlanta has a host of fun and exciting activities and events in June that make learning fun.

Kids will be transported to the farm with a variety of activities at the museum, including creating paper bag animal puppets and a cozy green pasture inspired by the new exhibit, Shaun the Sheep: Flock This Way.

To celebrate Pride Month, the museum will have children express themselves in the Art Studio by creating their own paper rainbows and will offer Drag Queen Story Hour. Kids are also invited to dance to their hearts desire at the CMA On Stage Jam Session. During story time, the museum will present Red: A Crayon's Story by Michael Hall, which is a tale about a blue crayon mistakenly labeled red, aimed to teach children to stay true to themselves.

Throughout the month of June, there's plenty to do. Little ones can create a Father's Day Card in the Art Studio or join in on the Father's Day Dance Party. For Juneteenth, families are invited to a special Storytime by master storyteller Mama Koku, followed by a Juneteenth Musical Performance by Djoli Kelen.

Additionally, museumgoers can celebrate Eid al Adha with activities such as Henna art and a Garba Dance Performance.
