"The high street is giving high-end a run for its money…"
Trinny Woodall recently took to social media to share her fashion "find of the week" with fans — choosing a chic metallic crossbody bag from M&S.
Taking to Instagram, Trinny shared her latest buy with fans. Captioning a video of herself with the handbag, she said: "Find Of The Week: M&S Mini Handbag • Designer bag? Not quite, I stumbled across this divine silver crossbody in M&S and I was immediately head-over-heels. Small but mighty, this compact accessory has all the space I need for day-to-day running around while still looking chic. A beautifully well-made bag, the high street is giving high-end a run for its money…"
Trinny's chosen bag is the stylish Leather Phone Bag from M&S. The bag features a whole range of gorgeous details, including a practical and on-trend crossbody design, premium leather composition and a compact shape — making it perfect for those days where you don't want the hassle of a bigger handbag.
Trinny has opted for the metallic shade of this bag — which is unfortunately currently out of stock. However, the bag also comes in a chic and versatile black colour — and we think it's a total steal at £35.
Alternatively, if you're looking for a metallic design, M&S is also selling this gorgeous metallic tote bag for £35.

Many Trinny London love affairs begin with the BFF Cream. If you’re tired of layering on primers, creams and foundations, this refreshing citrus-scented tinted moisturiser is for you.
The cream is white on application, but contains colour-transforming encapsulated pigments that burst when they meet your skin, creating your perfect, personalised shade. It's infused with SPF30, and contains light-reflecting flower extracts to help brighten dark circles and give you a luminous glow. Best of all, no brushes are required – simply use your fingers to blend it in.
For days when you want a little more coverage, this clever pot has you covered. Trinny believes that foundation and concealer should only be applied where necessary, allowing skin to appear as natural as possible - a philosophy we can get behind.
Swipe this cream over blemishes, redness and dark spots for an immediate retouch. Give it a minute to sink into skin before evaluating whether you need any more coverage. Once the heat from your skin has warmed the product and fused it into the skin, the results look so natural and pretty.
The Plump Up Peptide HA Serum delivers more than just hydration from hyaluronic acid: it's also packed with peptides (six in fact) that help to bolster collagen and elastin production in the skin. The result? Plumper, smoother skin. Suitable for all skin types, it's a truly universal product that even the most sensitive skin types can enjoy.
Described by the brand as a ‘lip and line filler’, this spongy cream uses a combination of silicones to instantly blur fine lines, making skin look fresher and firmer. Unlike many other line-filling primers, it has a bouncy, super-hydrating texture, which means it won't look cakey or powdery after a few hours wear. Apply it under or over makeup (we love it dabbed on top of foundation for a smoothing boost throughout the day).
Part eye cream, part concealer, this formula contains both skin-boosting ingredients and light-reflecting pigments to instantly fade dark circles. Hyaluronic acid draws moisture into crepey skin, while vitamin C gradually brightens tone over time. With both red and blue undertones neutralised, your eyes will look brighter and more youthful.
BFF Rebalance is designed for those tricky skin days, when oiliness, redness or breakouts are on your mind. It offers a fuller, more matte coverage than the original, and contains calming botanical extracts to soothe inflammation. Consider it your SOS product for days that require a little more makeup.
Retinal is an ingredient that reigns supreme in the skincare world, thanks to its clinically proven ability to diffuse dark spots, fade fine lines and prevent breakouts. Trinny created Boost Up as a solution to her own skin woes – pigmentation and wrinkles – as it combines retinal and a granactive retinoid to firm, brighten and smooth.
The granactive retinoid helps to renew the skin's plumpness and radiance, while the retinal stimulates cell production (at a much faster rate than most others on the market). Sandwich it between your evening cleanser and serum/moisturiser for improvements in only a matter of weeks.
If ten-shade eye palettes leave you perplexed, this is the product for you. Designed to make wearing eyeshadow an effortless feat, these soft creams melt onto lids and stay perfectly in place without smearing. They’re supple enough to soften onto your finger, yet won't slip on oily eyelids. What's more, the slightly sheer finish means you’ll easily get away with slap-dash application.
Of the 20 shades, the neutral putty-toned Wisdom is one of our favourites. Applied as your only eye colour, it lends just the right amount of definition, making eyes look larger without appearing overly ‘done’.
BFF De-stress was formulated in response to the increasing levels of stress we're experiencing in every day life. From tiredness to tension and all that screen time, it's fair to say our skin is constantly being challenged.
This clever skincare-makeup hybrid features Neurophroline™, which is believed to break down the cortisol that stressed skin cells produce. It's comes with instant gratification too, with a light and glowy tint to perk up sallow skin.
As our skin matures, cell turnover slows down, which causes a build-up of dead skin cells and a dull-looking complexion. As far as buzzy brightening ingredients go, vitamin C is by far the most talked about. Using a vitamin C serum in the morning will boost your skin's radiance and promote an even complexion.
Formulated with 30% ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Trinny's Boost Up is a super-strength serum, so it's not designed for newbies (if you run before you walk, it may cause irritation). However, if you know your way around an orange bottle, this glow giver is a wise investment.
The hydrating and plumping power of this moisturiser is one to pay attention to if you want to target fine lines, while ensuring your skin remains supple and your barrier content. It has a featherlight formula that feels comforting, and is bolstered with peptides and hyaluronic acid to hydrate and improve firmness.
The delicate formula is packed with skin-kind ingredients that won't cause irritation, so if your skin sits on the sensitive side, this one's calling your name.
Using the same product on your cheeks and lips is a brilliant way to shrink your make-up bag, but it also ensures an ultra-flattering makeup look too. There's no risk of your blush and lipstick clashing, and the translucent finish will blend seamlessly with your natural skin and lip tones, creating a 'your-skin-but-brighter' effect.
The top-selling shade, Pia, looks worryingly bright in the pot but, once blended onto cheeks and lips, the result is a beautiful mood-boosting fuchsia. It's perfect for complimenting a bold floral-print dress.
If your standard cleanser isn't making the cut, Trinny's AHA/PHA Gel Cleanser allows you to dig deeper. The balmy, yet slightly textured gel, rids your skin of any grub and grime (we're talking makeup, excess oils or dead skin cells) and works thoroughly to cleanse your skin without it feeling stripped.
It's formulated with oat amino acids which help to unclog pores, while AHA/PHA exfoliants slough away dead skin cells and create a smooth canvas to apply your makeup too. Designed with every skin type in mind, its a no-fuss cleanser that everyone can enjoy.
This multitasking hero makes the perfect makeup bag companion. Use it on your cheeks as a creamy blush, over your lids as an eyeshadow or swept across your lips to give a subtle glisten. The delicate, light-reflecting shimmer delivers a ‘lit-from-within’ glow, while the stunning pigment leaves a gentle wash of colour. The overall finish is sheer and glowy – perfect for day-to-day wear. Plus, there are 12 stunning shades to choose from – there's a soft pink for the day, a fiery red for evening drinks and a muted rose for anything in between.
If you want your serums and moisturisers to work even harder, the key to success is to invest in an exfoliator to allow the products to seep deeper into your skin. If you’re new to chemical exfoliants, start your journey with Tiptoe In: it's a great entry-level formula that uses poly-hydroxy-acid to slough away dead skin cells and unveil your skin's natural radiance.
Start by applying it twice a week and gradually work up to prevent irritation. Stay loyal to it and you’ll notice a brighter, clearer complexion.
